CAPTAIN / STEWARDESS-COOK COUPLES POSITION - US/NEW ENGLAND

We are looking for an experienced Captain and Stewardess/Cook team to join a 24m (80ft), 150-ton foreign-flagged private/charter expedition yacht. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The yacht is currently based in New England for the summer and will head to Savannah, Georgia for a yard period in November, followed by Florida in December and then the Caribbean for the winter season, including the BVI, St. Kitts, St. Barts, St. Maarten, Antigua, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on position with a heavy cruising schedule. Anchoring out is common, and the yacht operates with a three-person crew. The program includes offshore passages, remote cruising, anchoring, fishing and diving operations, and frequent tender operations. The yacht carries a 17ft tender, 11ft RIB, 10ft sailboat, kayaks, water toys, dive compressor, davits, and more, with occasional towing between anchorages.
The Captain must hold a Master 200 GT or higher and have proven offshore command experience, along with strong docking, anchoring, towing, and tender-handling skills. Hands-on mechanical knowledge is essential, and electrical and hydraulic experience is required. Fishing and diving experience would be a plus.
The Stewardess/Cook will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of interior care, preparing family-style meals, snacks, and drinks for overnight guests, hosting and entertaining larger events such as cocktail parties, preparing the yacht for crossings, and managing guest services including dinner reservations and provisioning. Tender driving experience is a plus but not required.

Mate + Deck/Stew – M/Y 112’ New Build – Private

We are currently seeking a Mate and Deck/Stew to join a brand-new 112’ private yacht. Couples are welcome to apply.
For the Mate position, we are looking for a licensed and confident professional with proven experience driving a 43’ tender/chase boat, which will travel with the yacht at times. The ideal candidate will be experienced across deck operations and comfortable taking responsibility for the deck department.
The Deck/Stew position will be approximately 80% interior and 20% deck, working closely alongside the Chief Stew. Strong housekeeping, laundry, and service skills are preferred, along with a flexible and hands-on approach.
The yacht is operated by a private family based in Fort Lauderdale / West Palm Beach, with a Caribbean season planned and potential for a Mediterranean season next summer.
US passport required.

Stew and Deckhand - M/Y 30+m - Med

A brand-new private motor yacht (35m+) is currently based in Med and is looking to fill two positions with an immediate start.
A Stewardess is required, offering a salary of €3,800 per month. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two full seasons' experience in a comparable interior role.
A Deckhand / Tender Driver is also required, with a salary of €4,000 per month. Applicants should have at least one to two full seasons' experience, with confident tender handling being essential. Duties include guest transfers, night runs, and supporting watersports activities.
Both positions include 3.75 days of paid leave for each month worked. This is a private yacht with no charter operations, and you will join a small, international crew.
