Stew and Deckhand - M/Y 30+m - Med

A brand-new private motor yacht (35m+) is currently based in Med and is looking to fill two positions with an immediate start.
A Stewardess is required, offering a salary of €3,800 per month. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two full seasons' experience in a comparable interior role.
A Deckhand / Tender Driver is also required, with a salary of €4,000 per month. Applicants should have at least one to two full seasons' experience, with confident tender handling being essential. Duties include guest transfers, night runs, and supporting watersports activities.
Both positions include 3.75 days of paid leave for each month worked. This is a private yacht with no charter operations, and you will join a small, international crew.

Deckhand - M/Y 54m - Private

A brand-new 54m Motor Yacht is looking for an experienced Deckhand to join its professional crew for an exciting dual-season program, cruising the Mediterranean during the summer and South Florida/Caribbean in the winter. This private yacht undertakes light charter and offers the opportunity to work on a well-run new build with a positive team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience on yachts over 50m and be confident in all aspects of deck operations, including tender driving, water sports, jet ski operations, line handling, watchkeeping, and maintaining the vessel to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is active, reliable, well-presented, guest-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and longevity on previous vessels will be highly regarded.
This is a permanent position based in Italy with an ASAP start. Candidates must hold valid STCW (including refresher training) and ENG1 certification, together with a Yacht Rating, Yachtmaster, or equivalent qualification. Strong tender driving and water sports experience are essential, and candidates should hold a valid B1/B2 and Schengen visa where applicable.
The package includes a competitive salary based on experience, 38 days of annual leave in line with MLC regulations, and one return economy flight per year.
