Experienced Deckhand required for an 80m M/Y, starting mid-September 2026.

Salary is €3,200–€3,500 depending on experience, with a 4:1 leave rotation.

This is a busy and well-run 80m superyacht with a dual-season program, cruising the Mediterranean in summer and the Red Sea and Indian Ocean in winter. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deckhand to join a professional and hardworking deck team.

The role will involve daily deck maintenance, including washdowns, polishing, painting and varnishing, as well as assisting with anchoring, mooring and line handling. You will also be involved in guest operations, including tender driving, water sports and beach club setups.

You will be expected to take an active role in onboard safety procedures, emergency drills and stretcher handling, while helping to maintain the vessel to a high standard at all times.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 full seasons of superyacht experience, valid STCW including updated Security Awareness, a current ENG1 and Powerboat Level 2 or equivalent. FIRST MATE – S/Y 39M - Caribbean

We are currently looking for an experienced First Mate to join a professionally run 39m Malta-flagged commercial sailing yacht.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced sailor with good offshore sailing experience and the ability to take responsibility onboard. A Yachtmaster Offshore qualification is essential, while Yachtmaster Ocean is highly desirable. An OOW qualification would also be an advantage.

The vessel operates a mixed private and charter programme, providing excellent exposure to guest-facing operations while maintaining high standards throughout the deck department. This is a hands-on position suited to a motivated and energetic individual who enjoys being part of an active and professional team.

The yacht has an active and social crew who enjoy fitness, watersports and outdoor activities, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, positive attitudes and crew longevity. The ideal candidate will integrate well into the established team and be looking for a long-term position onboard.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of yachting experience, with previous experience onboard yachts of 50m or larger preferred. Confidence in guest operations and deck maintenance is essential, while strong tender handling and watersports experience would be advantageous.

The successful candidate must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore minimum, valid STCW Basic Safety Training and an ENG1 Medical. Existing visas are advantageous, and candidates must be available to join in mid to late August.

Based in the South of France, the yacht operates a busy Mediterranean season combining private use and charter, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and an exceptional guest experience. This is a single-season programme offering the opportunity to join a well-run vessel with a positive onboard culture.

Working closely with the Captain, the Chief Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the yacht, overseeing deck operations, safety management, crew leadership, maintenance planning, tender operations, and guest activities. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being actively involved across all areas of the programme.
