Stewardess – M/Y 25m Private

A 25m private motor yacht is looking for an experienced Stewardess to join the vessel for a three-month seasonal contract, starting in August 2026. The yacht will be cruising the Mediterranean throughout the season.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two seasons of yachting experience and be confident in a housekeeping-focused role. Guest service duties will be minimal, with the main responsibility being to maintain the yacht to a high standard and ensure the interior is kept clean, organised and presentable. Further details regarding the role and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
Due to the cabin arrangements, we are specifically looking for a female candidate. Applicants must hold a valid STCW95 and ENG1 and have at least two seasons of previous yachting experience.
The package includes a salary of €3,200 per month, flights and medical cover.

Chief Stewardess – 2:2 Rotation | 50m+ Private M/Y

We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 50m+ private motor yacht operating in Europe on a 2:2 rotational contract. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in the yachting industry, including at least two years on vessels of a similar size. You will be confident managing the day-to-day interior administration, maintaining inventories and interior manuals, and delivering an exceptional standard of silver service. Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential, with additional details of the role to be discussed during the interview process. Candidates must be non-smokers and ideally lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Valid STCW, ENG1, and a B1/B2 visa are required, and previous experience on 60m+ yachts is highly desirable. Spa Stewardess(Rota) – M/Y 70m+ Charter/Private

Compass Rose Crew are currently recruiting for an experienced Spa Stewardess to join a busy 70m+ Charter/Private Motor Yacht operating on a dual-season itinerary.
This is a 4:2 rotation position with an ASAP start and a salary of €4,000 per month, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s yachting experience and be fully qualified and confident in massage therapy, facials, and manicures/pedicures. Additional treatment qualifications would be a valuable bonus.
Alongside strong spa and treatment skills, the successful candidate should be comfortable assisting with all-round housekeeping and laundry duties and have a keen eye for detail. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine team-player mentality are essential for this role and will suit the dynamic of the vessel and crew well.
Excellent references are essential, and proven longevity in previous positions will be highly valued.
A valid B1/B2 visa is highly desirable, along with a Schengen visa where applicable.
