The yacht boasts exceptional crew longevity, with many senior team members onboard for 5–10 years or more, and is run by genuinely easygoing owners. The vessel is well-maintained, with no budget constraints across departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and well-established program that regularly cruises to exciting destinations. The position offers a 2:2 rotation with an above-industry-standard salary and a bosun’s bonus scheme. Crew turnover is very low, reflecting the strength of the program and team environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum Y4 ticket, with SV2 preferred. Please note that applicants holding only AEC1, AEC2, or those in a deck/engineer role will not be considered.

Accommodation is in a shared cabin, and while a female candidate is preferred due to cabin arrangements, all qualified applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for all culinary operations on board, delivering world-class cuisine to both guests and crew. This includes designing and executing diverse, high-quality menus tailored to guest preferences and dietary requirements, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and maintaining an innovative approach to global and regional flavours. Daily responsibilities will involve meticulous food preparation and presentation, managing meal timing to align with guest activities, and ensuring the galley is always stocked with top-tier ingredients through efficient provisioning and inventory control. You will also be expected to manage budgets, minimize waste, and source specialty items as needed during port stops. Leadership is key in this role, and you will be expected to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff if applicable, working collaboratively with the captain, interior, and deck teams to ensure a seamless onboard experience. Strict adherence to maritime safety and hygiene standards is essential, along with maintaining a spotless and well-organised galley. You should be comfortable engaging directly with guests, adapting to last-minute requests, and exceeding culinary expectations with professionalism and creativity. Applicants must have proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or on yachts or cruise ships. Formal culinary training and a strong command of international cuisines and techniques are essential, as are valid STCW certificates, Food Safety Level 2 (or higher), and an ENG1 medical. The right candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to work harmoniously as part of a close-knit crew of 19. Availability from early May 2025 is required.
