Lead Deckhand – M/Y 50m Feadship

The yacht will cruise the Netherlands before heading to the Mediterranean for the season, including France, Italy, and Spain, followed by a summer program on the US East Coast and a winter base in Florida with light usage. This is a well-structured vessel with a solid long-term program and a stable ownership team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience, ideally gained on a similar-sized Feadship. Strong tender driving experience is essential, and you must be confident and competent in handling large tenders. The ideal applicant will be professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a strong team player, willing to assist wherever needed, including supporting the interior team when required. Longevity is highly valued, with many crew members having worked with the owner for over three years, and a strong, verifiable employment record is essential as references will be thoroughly checked.

The ideal applicant will hold a minimum Y3 certification and be an experienced, competent Chief Engineer ready to integrate into a strong and well-established engineering department. Chief Engineer (Rota) - M/Y 50+m

We are currently representing a 57m motor yacht that is on the market and seeking a Chief Engineer to join on or before 10th March. As the vessel is for sale, the future program remains uncertain; the outcome could present an excellent long-term opportunity, though this will ultimately depend on the sale.
The salary offered is $10,500 per month, which is non-negotiable at this stage, together with a 13th month bonus and a share of charter tips should charter activity take place. The minimum certification required is III/3 Chief Engineer <3000kW. The engineering department is well established and currently consists of a Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, and a temporary Third Engineer during yard periods.
The vessel, built prior to 2010, is in good condition and operates under two highly regarded Captains. Accommodation is a single cabin. The rotation is 2:2; however, the first rotation will be three months on board, followed by six weeks off and six weeks on, before moving to an 8:8 rotation thereafter. The yacht is operating as normal, with the possibility of future charters if she is not sold in the near term.
The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing AVIT and electrical systems, so proven experience in these areas is advantageous. An upcoming yard period for Intermediate Surveys is scheduled in Florida, offering an excellent opportunity to become familiar with the vessel. Strong Second Engineers looking to step up will be considered, provided they are fully competent in AVIT systems. The successful candidate must be confident communicating directly with guests and the owner regarding technical matters. A valid B1/B2 visa is essential for this position.

Sous Chef/Crew Chef - M/Y 60+m - Private

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous/Crew Chef to join a friendly, close-knit team on board a private 60m+ motor yacht.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience on similar-sized vessels; however, strong land-based chefs with an excellent culinary background who are new to the yachting industry will also be considered. The successful candidate must have pastry experience and be confident baking fresh bread.
This position is primarily a Crew Chef role. You will be responsible for preparing healthy, high-quality lunches and dinners for approximately 16 crew members, as well as breakfast on occasion. You will also manage weekend catering and organise a weekly braai/BBQ when there are no guests on board. In addition, you will assist the Head Chef with guest food preparation and plating when required, including desserts if you have previous experience in this area.
Alongside the Head Chef, you will share responsibility for maintaining high galley standards, including daily cleaning, weekly detailing, and organising dry stores as well as all refrigerators and freezers. As the owners spend time in the galley, maintaining a spotless and well-organised workspace is essential.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a team and leads a healthy, active lifestyle. The crew regularly spend time together working out, attending sporting events, and participating in group activities such as movie, game, and puzzle nights.
The cruising itinerary includes the Caribbean and Bahamas, followed by heading north for the remainder of the season. The ideal start date is 17th or 18th February for a boss trip, although a start date after 25th February can be considered.

Chief Officer - M/Y 37m - Private/Charter

A 37m Marshall Islands–flagged private/charter motor yacht is seeking a Chief Officer (male or female) to join the vessel in West Palm Beach with a start date of 11–12 January 2026. The yacht is currently being shipped from the Mediterranean, and the successful candidate will be ready to join on arrival. This is a busy, charter-focused program with approximately 10 charters per year and minimal owner usage, typically once annually, as the vessel is primarily operated for business purposes.
The position offers a salary of USD 6,500, with an increase after a successful 90-day period, along with 32 days of leave. Accommodation is a shared cabin with the Bosun. The vessel operates with a crew of eight, and the Chief Officer will be responsible for leading two deckhands.
Applicants must have a minimum of four years’ yachting experience and ideally hold an Officer of the Watch qualification. A 32ft tender is carried onboard, so strong tender-driving skills with guests are essential. The role requires a confident navigator with solid passage-planning experience and a strong focus on safety across both bridge and deck operations. The yacht follows a seasonal itinerary, cruising the Caribbean during winter and the Mediterranean during summer most years.

The 110-metre private new-build motor yacht is seeking an experienced Third Chef to join a well-established, high-calibre program. This rotational position offers a strong galley structure, long-term private ownership, and an exciting cruising itinerary planned for 2026. An excellent salary is on offer, with an anticipated start date around 24 January. The yacht has a multinational crew and a very well-organised onboard structure.
The role is primarily responsible for crew food for approximately 36 crew members, ensuring consistency and high standards. There will also be opportunities to assist with guest cooking as required, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a well-supported galley. Due to the rotational nature of the position, the successful candidate must be confident and capable from day one.
Previous industry experience is essential, with prior experience on yachts of 70 metres or larger strongly preferred. A B1/B2 visa is preferred and will be prioritised, although strong candidates without the visa will also be considered.
