We are looking for a Second Engineer holding an III/3 ticket, or someone very close to obtaining it, with strong experience using IDEA, Voly, and established procurement processes. The yacht is currently being shipped from the Mediterranean, and the successful candidate will be ready to join on arrival. This is a busy, charter-focused program with approximately 10 charters per year and minimal owner usage, typically once annually, as the vessel is primarily operated for business purposes.

Deckhand (Rota) - M/Y 60m - Worldwide Cruising

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a 60m private motor yacht that operates on a worldwide cruising program, including the Caribbean, Panama, Mexico, the Galápagos, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, French Polynesia, and New Zealand.

The position offers a 3 months on / 1 month off rotation, which is followed very strictly. The starting salary is €3,500, with annual salary increases and a 13th month plus bonus structure. The start date is 19 December 2025 or earlier, with joining in the USA following a short yard period.

The owners are excellent and very supportive of the crew, offering generous time ashore and encouraging participation in activities. The crew is sociable, professional, and works well together.

Due to cabin arrangements, the role is male only. Applicants should have one to two years of experience on similar-sized vessels and be able to step straight in and assist with a boss trip upon joining. Tender driving is a major focus of the role, and candidates must be confident operating both jet and twin-screw tenders. The yacht carries a 9m Tideman and a 9m twin-screw limousine tender.

For safe manning requirements, candidates must hold either a Yacht Rating or Yachtmaster Offshore certificate. A trade background with strong maintenance skills would be a significant advantage, and Spanish-speaking candidates will be given strong consideration.

Captain – 35m Motor Yacht | Master 500 GT (MCA/CI) | Couples Considered

EL CREW CO is seeking for a Captain for a well-run 35m motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. The owner is known for treating his crew exceptionally well, and the yacht—previously operating dual season—will now run a single Med season. She is currently in Europe for warranty works with a planned relaunch in February, allowing some flexibility with the start date.

The summer itinerary is centred around relaxed family cruising in the eastern Mediterranean, with only one short charter scheduled at the beginning of the season; the rest of the programme is entirely private. Winters are spent in port within the Med. An end-of-season bonus equivalent to one month’s salary is included, and the full salary and leave package can be found on my website.

The yacht runs Mini ISM and is fully commercial, supported by a practical budget and an owner who values transparent reporting. Much of the administrative workload is handled by the management company. The vessel sails under the Cayman flag, and applications from couples are welcome.

They will manage all charts and publications (both paper and electronic), prepare and execute passage plans with the bridge team, and assist senior officers in maintaining PMS, FFA, and LSA checklists. Additional duties include supporting helicopter operations, standing bridge watches at sea and at anchor, and assisting with deck maintenance, tender operations, and general upkeep as required.

Base Salary is at $9000 USD x 12. Further package details discussed with shortlisted candidates. At least two years’ experience in a similar role with a great attitude and demonstratable safety record, verifiable and solid references required. Diving Qualifications are favourable as well, the Yacht spends a lot of time in dive areas and plans to do much more throughout the South Pacific. Owners like to involve crew in excursions and dive trips, although a busy program, there is a lot of fun to be had as well. Surfing and Fishing are also activities crew engage in. Captains ideally would like a hardworking and positive individual who knows the value of teamwork and positive outlooks. This is a hands-on role; the yacht visits some very remote areas so the Chief will need to have a very broad range of skills and knowledge. Healthy budget is in place with a good inventory of spares on board. Excellent support from the Captains with planned shipyard period in Australia for the end of the year for a Special Survey. This newly built vessel requires a skilled and versatile chef capable of preparing diverse cuisines for up to 12 guests and 12 crew. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, a genuine passion for cooking, and the ability to create balanced, high-quality meals. We are seeking an experienced Captain to take command of a 140ft+ motor yacht. The vessel is privately owned, catering to family and guests. Candidates must hold a minimum Master 500GT certification. The yacht will be cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer, with Spain as its winter base. A good command of both Spanish and English is required.
